1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 1plush platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that you have opened or are operating more than one account, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately close all duplicate accounts without prior notice.
• Void any wagers, bonuses, and winnings associated with duplicate accounts.
• Confiscate any funds held in duplicate accounts as liquidated damages.
• Permanently ban you from using the 1plush platform.

Accounts are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Funds

3.2 Withdrawals

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All Players must engage in gaming activities on 1plush in a fair and honest manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using cheating techniques, exploits, bots, automated software, or any other methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the software or games.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities including but not limited to payment fraud, identity theft, or providing false information.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activities.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers by creating multiple accounts, coordinating with others, or using strategies solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the platform or games.
• Using VPNs or other tools to mask your location or bypass geographic restrictions.

If we detect or reasonably suspect any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or close your Account, void all wagers and winnings, confiscate funds, and report suspected illegal activities to relevant authorities.

4.2 Game Integrity and Random Number Generation

All games offered on 1plush use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by random chance or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical equipment operated by trained dealers. 7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.2 Suspension and Termination by 1plush

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

9.1 Service Availability

1plush strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or any other reason. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 1plush platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies. All disputes must be brought within one (1) year of the date the dispute arose, or such claims shall be barred.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. 12. Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer

1plush is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. We implement strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, which include:

• Verification of Player identity using government-issued identification documents.
• Monitoring of transactions for suspicious activity patterns.
• Reporting of suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Maintaining records of Player transactions and identification documents for the periods required by law.

You agree to provide all documentation and information requested by 1plush for KYC and AML purposes. Failure to provide requested information may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

13. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

1plush reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
